All orders are processed within 2-3.
We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email..

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
For most items we can deliver to PO Boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Hummingbird Haven hill ships to addresses within the contiguous United States(Mainland). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States of America may have extra shipping charges added.

Hummingbird Haven Hill is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing claim, take a photograph before you unwrap if the packaging is damaged.
